*This price includes:
• Land tax (leased land plot + share of common areas)
• Property tax (infrastructure)
• Infrastructure costs
The cost of rent of 1 ha includes the following infrastructure:
- point of connection to 0,18 MW electric networks
- point of connection to gas, water supply and drainage networks
**Exemption period is the period of design and construction of production (plant), but not more than 3 years from the date of conclusion of the lease agreement, the land plot is provided to the resident on preferential terms.
At the end of the exemption period, the land plot rent starts from 180 000 ₽ per year.
